This is a user experience design project I worked on as a student at General Assembly. The goal was to create a project that would benefit from a mobile makeover. I chose the voter registration process in Texas, which is still done by paper via snail-mail, unless you are renewing or getting your driver's license at the DMV. The project includes research, interviews, personas, user flows, prototypes and wire-frames.

You have the right to vote as a citizen. Making your voice heard begins with registering or making sure you are already registered to vote. Currently, 38 states have online voter registration, but not Texas. Online registration saves money, time, paper and increases registration rates and voter turn out. It’s time to take Texas voter registration online.
